Our first product is In-Shop Audio. The foundation is the weekly promo circular. We take the promo offers to a new level with compelling audio ads played across the retail network. This “last mile” strategy creates a media that previously did not exist. The result is increased sales and a new revenue stream for the retailer.

There are two big advantages to in-shop audio advertising:

The most important function of in-shop audio is that it has 100% ad reach to every customer that walks in the door. To do that we match the shops dwell time metric to the frequency of the advertising programming loop. For high turnover supermarkets we program blocks of 4 ads every five minutes.
10 min dwell time loop: 8 ads play, 6 times an hour.
15 min dwell time loop: 12 ads play, 4 times an hour.
20 min dwell time loop: 16 ads play, 3 times an hour.
30 min dwell time loop: 24 ads play, 2 times an hour.
When it comes to media, only the numbers matter.
As a completely new retail marketing company, we are adopting much of the same advanced digital technology used in e-commerce. In fact, we are the first end-to-end, digital media used in brick & mortar retail. That means we can gather and analyze performance metrics in real time.
For example: When our audio ads are broadcast across an entire supermarket chain, we can immediately know how the customers buying habits are affected by correlating the data points at the checkout. This level of accuracy is how we establish performance metrics to set a media value for each retail group.

The basics for broadcasting audio advertising are an audio system and a digital media player. Most retail spaces are fitted out with this. The digital media player can be any iOS or Android device with a free VLC app.

We work with retailers as separate but equal media partners. We have prepared a modified JV agreement. This makes clear the responsibilities, liabilities & rewards of working together.

We need to develop in-shop audio media & music playlists. We must allow 2 weeks in advance of broadcast to create this.

Currently, we are set up to work with supermarket chains with over 50 locations. We follow the current weekly supermarket promo circular to produce & broadcast audio ads in the store. We will trial this for 1 month (4 weekly cycles) to understand the impact on shoppers & demonstrate to advertisers. After 1 month we will accept paid media placement from advertisers, whose product are featured in the circular.

During the first few weeks of trial, advertisers will be invited to pilot locations to experience the media transformation. Because we know the the time when the first billable promo cycle begins, we can start soliciting paid ads in advance.

We will continue to work together: selling media, developing content & broadcasting ads. Our business model is very simple. We administrate all media operations including finances, then pay the retailer up to 30% of the revenue.

At launch, we charge advertisers a flat daily advertising fee for 100% reach of each retail network. However, we are working on a new AI POS interface that will give us an exact metric on the media value. This will most certainly increase the rate for the active retailers.
